30-minute zoom call from a 2 hours slot. Feedback was: We are looking for individuals with some transferable experience of working with hard-to-reach young people/adults and with a real foundation and knowledge of more contemporary forms of urban music (e.g. Drill) and there were stronger candidates than you in both these areas.
