Started with a paper personality test then a chat with two interviewers- the whole process last for 2 hours. They asked questions in the CV and a list of questions they printed out to ask.
You are expected to ask the management questions from the get go and it is a very conversational interview. I was interviewed by the CEO Warren and the Deputy Director Wendy.

Interview
A mix of in person and online interview, you will get to meet the team and also the hiring manager as well as a conversation with the director/CEO. You will also get to experience a day or 2 as part of the team where you interact and have a meal with them
