Assigned a take home test after a 15 minute interview with a recruiter which should have been a red flag in itself. The estimated 4 hour take home test took longer than that to complete. The CTO sent a smug response when I voiced my concern and explained why that was. I then suddenly get a response saying another candidate was chosen without being able to walk through what I built, what made it take longer, and how it could be improved for HA and scalability
