First an Hr interview was conducted over telephone. Then shortlisted people were asked to prepare a lot on innovative ideas on payment solution. Based on the ppt shortlisting was done. In the final interview,I was given 10min to present a ppt on my ideas. Then some common questions were asked such as where do you see yourself in 5 years etc
