We went thru the interview process. It was obvious that I met all their requirements including Site Leadership Experience, New York Regulatory Experience in the Cannabis Industry, Start Up Experience and Cannabis Industry Experience with Cultivation, Extraction and Lab Manufacturing. It was going very well and then they asked as a final question - What is your required salary?
