4 phases: 3 interviews with a team lead, hiring manager and one of the founders(vp r&d) and HR. First interview is technical with a team lead. Second interview was with the hiring manager. After the second interview I was told by the hiring manager that I passed it and should be prepared for the 3rd one with one of the founders. This is when things started to go shady: After a few days the recruiter comes back to me in a phone call letting me know that they don’t think I’m qualified for the role (out of the blue) this was done after letting me know in the end of the interview that I passed. (WTF) but she said he didn’t give a reason why and just told me they are moving to the last phase with other more qualified candidates. Where is the due diligence? The is highly unprofessional on so many levels. they don’t value ones time. Treating candidates like trash. Stay away from this company. I’m glad I didn’t get an offer.
