Interview was a phone call from their head office. It was very casual. There was an ability to chat, answer questions and ask my own questions about the job requirements and company.
In store interview. Very relaxed and unofficial. Super friendly team. Great questions and a nice cup of tea.
Was asked about my previous experience and what i expected from the company.
Was told about the small rates of pay and that there might be commission and promotions in the future....
