If you read the job description all your answers are there. H&S is important so have plenty of answers to that. Anybody can get a job here. If you don't it's either because you failed a drug test or can't tie your own shoe laces

Interview
Telephone interview. Check Driving Licence and provide NI number. Asked about right to work in UK. Hourly wages explained, during training and post training. Asked about last 5 years employment history, any convictions etc. Then offered driving assessment date.
