Submitted application contacted by hr, and asked a few questions. Information forwarded to hiring manager. Who then called for a face to face interview. Was emailed that they would move forward with the hiring process. Then received a email requesting a release form for a background check.
Made me feel comfortable right away. Explained in detail what the job would entail. Training is required and it is out of town. Expenses are reimbursed. Made to feel like the interview was just as much mine as it was theirs.
