There is no interview process actually once you submit youre job app . The safety manager smell blood in the sea (he/she is like a pirahana.) Before you know it they've ran everything background , driver record , criminal reports and have given you a date to show up for orientation. As long as everything checks out on these 3 reports you will be given an orientation date.
