Interview
Screened with an internal recruiter then had a call with the hiring manager. The next day I had a follow up interview with the hiring manager's boss.
They were communicative until they weren't. I reached out to the recruiter after a couple of weeks, and received no response after they reached out to let me know I was a top candidate. Strange.

They asked several questions about forecasting, financial literacy, and technical skills.

Interview
The interview highlighted everything I didn’t have and was negative from the beginning. The interviewer had no interest in the experience I had from a different industry or anything I tried to bring to the table which left me wondering if this interview was to check off their list for being EEO compliant.
The interviewers mind was made before my interview began.
