I had a Skype interview with the Director of Product Development because the company is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and I live in Michigan. The interview was relatively informal and focused around getting a better understanding of me, knowledge about my abilities and giving me a thorough understanding of the company and my responsibilities.
