FitzRoy interview questions

Had initial first interview then a second interview where you brought in ID for a enhanced DBS and certificates if you have any but none was required for this role but i had some. Second interview i met one resident and didnt get too speak to the manager even though she was there on the day. After over a week of not getting any reply or response i was finally told i was not getting a offer even though i had a few years experience and qualifications.

I filled in application form and was invited to a quick telephone interview. After this stage I was asked for a 1:1 interview with two hiring managers and two residence. All parties asked a series of questions. A DBS check was done. After a week or two I was called to say I was successful.
