Flagstaff Athletic Club interview questions

I applied through a paper application initially (sometime in March). It took some time to receive a call back about my application (but remember, because this job is seasonal, they do not start looking at the applications for camp counselor until the time period is closer). As I was out of town at school during the interview time, management agreed to do a phone interview with me.
