      Revenue Analyst Interview

      Jul 11, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Edmonton, AB
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flair (Edmonton, AB) in May 2025

      Interview

It was an interesting experience with the first phone call being very intense and every other interview being intense as well. Each interview I was asked on the spot to calculate journal entries, what I would do in this scenario or that scenario, without being given any notice ahead of time. In between this process, Flair sent a case analysis that I had to complete on excel which took about 20-30 mins, and was asked to do that again over a teams meeting and asked to share my screen. On top of this, my references got back to me when they got a call, and they had the same feedback; there was not rapport building and it was as if the person calling was out to get me or catch something.
