Misleading information was shared about the position, making the candidate loose a considerable amount of time/energy for nothing. Generic rejection email was sent despite multiples rounds. Had a similar experience has the other reviews posted here.

Other Software Engineer Interview Reviews for Flare Systems
I applied for the Software Developer position. While the team lead was professional and friendly, the process suggested the position was already filled internally before it was even posted.
Firstly, the LinkedIn posting was vague and general, differing significantly from the technical requirements on their company website. Secondly, the interview was a 15-minute video call that was strictly ended the moment the timer hit 15 minutes, leaving no room to ask additional questions. Unlike most standard first-round interviews, none of the essential logistics were discussed (expected salary, visa sponsorship, or availability).
Receiving a rejection stating they went with an internal candidate by the end of the next day suggests the decision was made before the interview started. I truly wish there had been more transparency before scheduling. While 15 minutes may seem minor to an employer, it requires significant coordination for candidates working full-time. Please be more considerate of candidates time and only proceed with external interviews if there is a genuine, open opportunity.

scheduled for 30-min video call with senior tech lead, interviewer started with we must make it in 15-mins (including their side of introduction). 3 questions, only one relevant, worst is that a tech lead asking how much compensation you're looking for.
