      Developer Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flarmio (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Jul 2025

      Interview

They treat developers like low-level employees. I applied for a developer position, and after the first screening, you had to do a 15-minute interview with the CEO. You could only schedule this interview in the morning between 8:00 and 9:00+. If your slot was at 8:00, it was clear the CEO had just woken up. He didn’t know who you were, had never looked at your CV, and just asked two quick coding questions before ending the call. The company culture is bad, and this whole process says a lot about how they work.
