quite straightforward and not hard, very not technical and he seems like he just wants to know who u are as a person and your working style to see if you fit the teams culture.
It's an online application process where you first have an HR interview then a meeting with the hiring managers. Meetings range from 45 minutes to one hour depending. There is a mix of behavioral questions and case questions
