The initial interview was just a quick get-to-know-you with one member of the team. After that, I was asked to provide some copy as a task. Once that copy was accepted, I was taken in for a 2nd round of interviews with two members of the team. The 1st interview was very informal and comfortable, but the 2nd was definitely serious & a bit more formal. So be prepared, don't think it'll get easier!
