I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Fleet Feet (Roanoke, VA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Applied after meeting manager at a local run. He had said that they were hiring and encouraged me to apply
Phone interview given after two days from application sent in. Asked about how fitness is an important part of your life.
Personal interview set up, and offer was made about 5 days after the in person interview. Pretty sure I was the only applicant during this time period. Was told that most customers were women so I was at a bit of a disadvantage since they needed more women employees than men.
Accepted job offer
