I applied for a position online through Indeed and was called about a week later about a completely separate position that I specifically did not apply to. I went into the office the next day to fill out paperwork, watch a "Welcome to Flex-Staff" video and do a short sit-down interview with the recruiter. I was interviewed by a person that was training to be a recruiter, and she didn't really seem very sure about what she was supposed to be asking me. The experienced recruiter sitting in had to re-ask most things. They again tried pushing the job I didn't apply for on me, and I declined as it wasn't the kind of work I was interested in.
It's been almost a month and although they call me once or twice a week, the jobs they call me about are way below my skill set, experience, and pay grade. I okayed them to submit me for one Administrative position and after two weeks they state they are still waiting to hear back. In the mean time, I accepted an offer elsewhere.
