Initial screening round and couple of email exchange with HR rep. Very courteous and smooth communication, tried to gage initial expectations in terms of pay-out, clearly provided brief context on how the interview process will be in the coming weeks and all the touch points via phone, face-to-face, etc.
Phone interview - Detailed discussions on role expectations, get to know each other, tried to understand what I have been doing, and why... etc..
Face-to-face Meeting - Spent 2-3 hours in their office in Delhi. Met three key members of the team: (a) Spent over an hour with a senior executive, sort of a follow up round from telephone conversation, where we tried to bridge the conversation over the phone and a deep-dive, answered queries pertinent to all scenarios; (b) Spent about 45 minutes with the CEO,
had an interesting talk. Discussion revolved around how flexingit is doing in the market, unique proposition, some of the detailed talks about product delivery and most of the conversation was about my experience and how I can add value to the business. And (c) Rep from the Business Development team, prospective team member, if I get through the interview and the panel decides to bring me on-board. We talked about ways of working and improving the lead generation strategies, marketing initiatives, etc. Didn't spend more than 15 minutes for the discussion.
