First interview was a phone screening. Interviewer ran late and didn’t tell me until 10 mins before. I thought it went well, but it’s so hard to get a read on these things. She said they would be in touch within a week and I never heard from them again after two months. I really don’t appreciate the whole ghosting aspect.
