Interview
First you have a Human resources call. Then, if it's OK, you have a Human Resources Interview face to face. And finally, interview with the Competence Lead + Director face to face.

Interview
Three rounds with as a last step an interview with the CEO. As SAP is based arround certifications (which I have) they don’t test hard skills as much during the process, but focus rather on soft skills and personality fit into company culture.
