I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Flix (Munich, Bavaria) in Sep 2021
Interview
After applying for the position, I received an email informing me I'd been selected for an interview. It was easily booked with an AI assistant. On the day, the session was held on Microsoft Teams and lasted approximately 45 minutes. It was a relaxed talk about my previous experience, my studies, and my portfolio.

Question 1
What would you change about this project if you had done it now? (when looking over a portfolio of work)
Smooth process, friendly interview, on-time follow-up and feedback, got many insights on the company and role, but technical questions were more advanced than expected for an intern positions. Would apply again in the future.
un entretien avec HR. Puis un entretien avec RH et un manager. Ils donnent un business case à rendre la semaine suivante. Puis entretien final de revu du case. Au final c'était pas tres dur

Interview
Easily one of the weirdest and most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. I applied through the company’s official site and got invited to an interview only for no one to show up. HR later reached out saying they’d mixed up the time. Not a great start. Right after the first interview, I got an email inviting me to the next round. Less than an hour later, HR called pressuring me to schedule it immediately. The whole thing felt very rushed and disorganized. In the second interview, as soon as I mentioned I might pursue a master’s degree, the interviewer changed attitude and turned the discussion into a very weird interrogation. I never got a proper rejection, just weeks of silence followed by an automated email saying the position was filled. Do better.
