We appreciate your feedback.
We have a shared office space, hence the different company names on the wall. We apologize for your appointment running late, we do endeavour to ensure that our interviews run on time, however sometimes unexpected events means things don’t always run according to plan.
The first interview is a brief and informal meeting, simply an opportunity for us to meet with applicants face to face, and to learn more about their experience, transferable skills and their goals for the future. It isn’t a competency based interview, this should have been explained to you on the phone, and in your email correspondence. We would like to apologize if you were expecting something different.
Based on the information you have provided we’re a little unsure as to what was “sketchy”. The manager answered all questions that you posed. We are very honest and transparent and are more than happy to answer all questions.
We can assure you that the information you provided on the form prior to your interview is for internal use only.
We are disappointed you didn’t get the chance to attend the second interview as we believe that if you did, many of your concerns would have been addressed.
We invest a lot of time into our interview process to ensure it is the best it can be, and we appreciate all feedback, both positive and negative and this helps us to improve.
