I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2019
Interview
Three interviews- one phone, two webcam. Fairly straightforward, with contact from recruiting coordinator in advance of all contact. Compensation, benefits, and other info given is all very vague. After being offered, I still feel as if I've been given far too little information on the position to decide.

Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple steps. I first spoke with a recruiter, followed by a meeting that provided an overview of the company and the Financial Advisor role. I then had an interview with another recruiter and, finally, met with the Regional Vice President. Overall, the process was straightforward and conversational.

Interview
Sales Recruitment misrepresented as a job interview. Best case scenario too good to be true. Worst case scenario false advertisement. Process after 2nd interview ends up being a social expirament requiring the passing if several tests. Some of them social and some of them standardized. All of this takes several weeks at a minimum. No position in sight. Perhaps a franchise opportunity might be a more honest title
