I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors in Dec 2020
Interview
The process starts with a career preview where you learn more information about the company and the role. You are in a Zoom call with 40 other people so use this time to separate yourself from everyone else. You cant succeed in this job by doing the minimum so Jason (the CEO) will look for someone who shows that they are willing to do more than the minimum. After this you are moved onto an interview with a District Manager and a 1 on 1 interview with Jason.
