I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors (Miami, FL) in May 2025
Interview
My interview was a total of 2 phone calls and 3 zooms. It started with an initial phone call basically asking why do you want this job and why FFA. Then you set up the first zoom which just is them showing all applicants the job itself and info about company. Next are the 2 actual interviews on Zoom. They weren't hard or tricky questions. Lastly is a phone call regarding whether or not you get the offer.

Question 1
Why are you interested in being a financial advisor?
I interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors (Houston, TX)
Interview
Sales Recruitment misrepresented as a job interview. Best case scenario too good to be true. Worst case scenario false advertisement. Process after 2nd interview ends up being a social expirament requiring the passing if several tests. Some of them social and some of them standardized. All of this takes several weeks at a minimum. No position in sight. Perhaps a franchise opportunity might be a more honest title
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors (Cocoa Beach, FL)
Interview
Easy and Very Communicative throughout the process. Overall they reached out alot to see if i had an questions and were very quick to respond. They seem like they really care about you there.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Florida Financial Advisors (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Simple. It is a lot like athletic recruiting. Will make it seem as if you are the chosen one but in reality.. you know. I like to think that they mean well, and everyone begins their journey somewhere so depending where you are along your journey of advising it may be a solid beginning point.
