External recruiter, PA organised CEO meet and that was the process. Basic discussion nothing exciting around why, challenges and state of team and business. Struggling to write more words to hit the 30 words limit here.
You'll meet with the recruiter and then with the sales leader. This was overall a complete waste of time. The sales leader although having less sales experience than myself wasn't sure if I had enough experience to do the job. Make it make sense?
