Interview
I had a brief call with the hiring manager, after which I was invited to the next stage - a take home task. The task was well-structured and enjoyable to work on, though it required a significant amount of time, especially for someone like me without a healthcare background. After successfully submitting the task, I was invited to the final stage - an interview. The questions were thoughtfully crafted to assess technical skills, critical thinking, and personality traits. It was a challenging but overall positive experience.

Spoke with someone over the phone and was told to complete a take home assignment over a few days and then to send it back to them for the next stage in the hiring process. Submitted it within the week and I have yet to hear back from anyone, even after sending a follow up email.
