Was really easy, i thonk they take pretty much anyone and give them a chance. My first newhire meeting i was with people who were in highschool and this as their first job
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fluent Solar (Denver, CO) in Aug 2021
Interview
Really nice Zoom call with Kenzie and then the manager Brad who is the man. Very transparent and the sales training manual given to study prior to the in person assessment and offer was more than any sales training I’ve received. They honestly want to build you as a person first to help you achieve your goals and understand your gratefuls, which in turn creates success. Must be willing to put in the work to earn commissions and bonuses. Don’t apply if you only want to collect $20/hr or you’ll be let go after a few weeks if you aren’t setting quality appointments. Best manager, Brad, I’ve ever worked for. He’s a homie and cares about you. Don’t take advantage of the freedom, communicate and you’ll be rewarded.
