And even if you performed really well that day, somehow you aren’t selected. (And was not given a reason)

3 stage process, involving an initial online interview followed by maths & logic testing. Final stage was a full assessment day involving group work, an interview, and presentation. Though long, it was a comfortable process with good communication throughout.
