The whole interview process was a giant red flag. Before speaking with a hiring manager, they wanted me to: - do a 45 minute math test - spend another hour answering essay questions like "Elon musk says nobody changes the world working 40 hours per week. 100 hours isn't sustainable, but 80 hours per week is. Discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree." In case it wasn't obvious, they're filtering for people who are willing to be demeaned and overworked. Don't trust them.
