Food Banks Canada interview questions

Overall an okay experience. They outsource their recruiting to an agency - so all contact candidates have is with the agency rep and not anyone from FBC directly except in the interviews. 1 phone screen + 2 interviews. I had a positive experience up until the end of my third interview when I was told I would hear back in 2 to 3 days. Cut to almost 2 weeks later of anxious waiting, and they call to tell me they went with another candidate. No explanation given as to why I waited 2 weeks but it turned me off from FBC. Even worse is they asked me to go through another round of interviews for a different position with a salary that was so low it was insulting. I declined and ended up getting my dream job 2 months later making double what I would have made with FBC.

Video interview with two staff who hadn't co-ordinated interview questions beforehand. Lots of similar questions and a VERY negative focus to the questions asked. More about my weaknesses than my strengths.
