I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Food Export Midwest (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2014
Interview
simple phone interview, very engaging face to face interview, not diffficult at all. Two people interview me, just to find out which department to put you in. Very nice people, just go through the resume.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Food Export Midwest (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2015
Interview
The phone screening was short and sweet, no detailed questions were asked. My interview was scheduled for the end of the next week. The interview went well, they were all very friendly and genuine. The questions were not very difficult, a lot of it was for them to learn what skills I had to offer. After the interview, however, they took a few weeks to get back to me about their hiring decision.
