A technical test was given before the interview. After the test, I was invited for a physical interview scheduled to last two hours. Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly given an IQ test without prior notice. The person in charge would only proceed with the interview if I passed the test. The actual interview lasted about an hour, during which the head of the respective department asked many detailed questions, covering everything from A to Z

focused on technology and past experience, which was fine. However, the offer process, company policies, and contract were extremely unclear, filled with vague language and lacking transparency. Some tests during the process felt unnecessary and didn’t add value.
