Brief, pretty much hired on the spot then thrown in the deep end. I wasn't told what I should've and what I was told wasn't really what I was given nor what I was told I would be doing
I applied and didn't hear anything back, so I called the company and after a week or two they finally got in touch with me to set up a video call.

* very brief questions about dance teaching experience and experience working with children. After only this one quick call, they gave me the job, without any further interviewing. they didnt actually meet me face to face until I had been working in schools for 3 weeks.
