I applied online. I interviewed at Forcepoint (Austin, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
The recruiters need to get their act together. They are the frontline of the company and they are not doing a good job. From contacting me and messing up with the roles then scheduling an interview months after then an interview with 2 confirmations yet the scheduling is still messed up by the recruiter. Then the interview started late because no one can find the recruiter or the contact person and it ended up with only 2 out of 4 interviewers showed up. Then never heard anything from any of them. Where is the professionalism of this company? Thank you for wasting my time. Is this a place where I want to work after this? Definitely NOT.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Forcepoint in May 2024
Interview
I was approached by a Talent Acquisition Specialist via LinkedIn. We set up the first interview and it went smoothly. Then there were 3 more interview steps with the people from the sale team + a sales engineer. All of those were arranged quite quickly and all of them went smoothly. From the first touch point to the signing of the contract went around 3 weeks of time. I felt that the people I spoke to were very professional and had a very respectful attitude towards me as a potential candidate. They asked me a lot of good questions and answered all my questions as well. I felt quite confident with each of them and they managed to make me feel that this is a right decision to join their team. I didn't have any doubts in any of the steps of the interview (I do hope that during our future collaboration the impression will not change in any way).
