I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Form3 (London, England) in Jul 2020
Interview
The process started with a friendly conversation with the talent associate, then two technical interviews (90 minutes each) and a final interview with a C-level executive.
Best interview process I have ever had in my life. It challenges your technical background as well your thought process, but I enjoyed every minute of it.

Question 1
What is the difference between encode, encrypt and hash ?
Had a quick initial call which went really well. I then was confirmed to be successful for the second stage but unfortunately despite providing my availability, no one has got back to me.

Interview
3 stage interview process - 1st included technical assessment and team fit, 2nd more on experience and job fit, final interview was with the CISO and covered the full range. Interviews (other than tech assessment) were very conversational and two way.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Form3 (London, England) in Sep 2022
Interview
A several stage interview process with Form3 starting with recruiter interview with their technical recruiter. What was initially a great impression of the recruitment team and company soured by the end with terrible communication and ghosting. A team interview with the hiring manager followed by cultural interview with existing team member finished off with a final interview with leader. The final interview was the most technical challenging of the 4 as almost a mini CISSP review, covering a wide variety of topics in different depths. Cultural interview was the least structured and didn’t add much value in terms of learning about the team as it went off piste quite a few times. Revived glowing feedback the entire process through and despite stating my salary expectations and requirements at the initial stages, I was provided an offer well below market or what had been discussed. When I raised this, I was told they would speak to HR and see what they can do. Queue the radio silence. A few weeks go by and nothing. I follow up with the several times with people involved with the process and heard nothing. Overall very disappointing to treat a candidate like that after they have spent several hours in your process, only for the fundamentals to be wrong despite being communicated at the earliest stages. If ghosting candidates that you have offered is acceptable practice I’d hate to see what the candidates they deem “not worthy” are treated like. The fact the role is still being relisted speaks volumes. Perhaps a look at recruitment practices and maket rates is in order
