The interview process was completely disorganized and uninformed. Their hiring manager doubles as their VP, and it shows. They kept changing the role requirements on their website mid-process and had duplicate listings up at the same time, which made it obvious they had absolutely no idea who or what they were even hiring for. He has no background in engineering or robotics whatsoever, and I find it deeply disrespectful and frankly stupid that someone this unqualified is sitting across from me evaluating my expertise. Round 1 & 2 alone dragged on for nearly three months with no resolution. Dodged a bullet with this one. Would never recommend this company.
