The interview process was very fast. 3 days. I met with the Managing Director, and then the CEO. It sounds like the company is in a major rebuilding phase and they were transparent about problems they faced in the past. The reviews from past employees, along with their past layoffs and their rebuilding phase were red flags, but I wanted to trust them. I got an email after the second interview inviting me to their office to discuss logistics (aka as an offer) and if all aligned I would start that week. I spent the weekend preparing, and getting ready for my new job, and while I new about the red flags, I got behind the company and was ready to give it all I had. I got an email 3 hours before the meeting saying that they were canceling and reevaluating their hiring needs. UNREAL! Clearly they do not have it together over there and I have a pretty strong feeling that all of the horrible reviews from past employees ring true. I would NOT waste my time with these guys.
