Firstly, schedule an interview at Bangalore location with one of the senior member of the company, they had scheduled at 1 pm but happened at 4:30 pm. I reached on time at the location, somewhere around but was not able to find the exact location, when i called him, he said there is some shops, come there, i am in the office (the interview location) and coming down in 2 mins. I was waiting and after 20-25 mins, i called him again but this time he did not picked up my call. Then again, after sometime i made a call, he again asked my location and said there is a Reliance trend shop, come there....and so on. Actually, he came Bangalore for some meeting and got late, so he was trying to me to roam around like candidates have lot of time. In my case, i had some meetings after the interview but i had to cancel those because of him. Even he did not the exact location. And guys just check their Case Studies portfolio before going for an interview, you would get to know, what is the work quality and in interview he would questions like they are hiring for some MNC. "Last impression is the first impression" and the interviewer proved this.
