Interview
I spoke with their HR recruiter on the phone and all seemed well. Typical phone screen, no technical questions and my skill set seemed like a match for what they were looking for. They indicated they wanted to move forward with a technical interview and I would hear something in the next couple of days. Then nothing... I waited a couple of days and reached out to the recruiter, but never received a reply.
It was a standard process: phone screen followed by a technical interview with two lead engineers, discussing past projects, technical experience, and overall fit for the role. Good experience & discussion
