Written esponses to 3 questions, followed by a short "screening"-type interview, then a full 1 hour interview, followed by follow ups 1-2-1 with the hiring manager. The people were friendly, kind and knowledgable, although clearly looking for key words and demonstrated experience, often pushing for examples.
