fairly quick and informal, it was a straightforward process
there was a recruiter call that was about five minutes and then a final interview with a manager from the firm.

I did two rounds of interviews, the first was a screening call with more general questions about myself, second was with a manager who explained what the job would entail.

Great experience - did not feel intimidated at all really got to just have a conversation about what my goals looked like. I wanted a position in Rogers, unfortunately they were full but wanted to work with me, so they offered me a internship at another office.
