Zwei Gespräche, eins telefonisch mit HR , ca. 20 Minuten.
Das zweite Gespräch mit einem Partner und einer Managerin, ca. 1h.
Die Gesprächspartner waren alle sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen, was die Atmosphäre direkt sehr angenehm machte.

Es wurden Fragen zu meiner Person, Motivation und abstruse Buchungssätze abgefragt.
It was a very straight forward process, online application then online test and if you pass the online test they invite you to an interview and then assessment centre. Questions asked were simple, such as why you want to work here and this line

I had one round interview with two senior managers in my department and it's pretty casual. They explained the job scope and shared their own experience. No technical questions involved.

Made it a very comfortable experience, simple questions were asked and interviewer was really kind. Lots of them were to do the with role specifics and nature of programme, was asked about long-term goals.
