I stopped at the second stage. I was interviewed by five members of the jury, made up of HR, three consultants and a senior manager. The questions came from everywhere, and I wasn't prepared for that.

Je moet drie verschillende testen uitvoeren. Competenties/ inzicht/ capaciteiten test. Bij positieve aflegging volgen er een aantal gesprekken. Daarna krijg je bij interesse vanuit hr een voorstel aangeboden. Hierover kan je nog het gesprek aangaan.
