Two interviews with two partners. Very casual and easy to talk to. Be prepared to discuss why you want to work there and what industries you like. Also discuss any prior experience. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Easy and simple, standard interview questions. The recruiter was very friendly and described the firm’s culture in a very positive and professional way. The interview lasted about 20-25 minutes, and after the first interview, the recruiter explained that there would be a second interview and probably a visit to the office.

Interview
Initial phone screening followed by one hour with manager. Then, final interview with senior VP which seemed to be just to make sure I was the right fit and seemed like the decision was already made at that point.

Both interviews were more personality and background based rather than technical questions. It was more so me asking about team processes, etc.
