Interview
it was very simple, met with a manager and it was behavioral questions mostly. Very nice people and the objective is really really just trying to get to know you and see if theres a fit.
The process was low pressure. The interview was a friendly conversation about career goals with the recruiter. You will not be tested on difficult technical or industry questions, which is what I was expecting.

Interview
The HR interview felt like a scripted formality. It was painfully clear to both of us that an offer wasn't coming, making the entire conversation an exercise in going through motions.
Interview was very straight forward with questions about past experience and some other personal questions. The recruiter was great and answered all of my questions. They also got back to me quickly about the interview decision.
